Holy Family School in Poland, Ohio. We are part of the ministry of education in the Diocese of Youngstown. We are a Kindergarten through Grade 8 campus.
Thank you to the entire Holy Family School community for coming together to donate food for the Poland Pantry. This service project was coordinated by Student Council. This year's collection appears to be the largest donation in school history!
Check out our awesome Dragon's Den spirit shop! All proceeds will benefit our Athletic Department. Keep an eye on this website throughout the year for updated products and designs! Go Dragons! https://t.co/msnbjhx3pf
Check out Holy Family School. Vote daily through October 3 for the winners in The Vindicator's Readers' Choice awards. Be sure to spread the word to your family, friends, and even neighbors so they too can vote! https://t.co/EOWIdqJkXt
We received this picture and a thank you note from the parent of a Holy Family alumni. These two young men are both HFS alumni. They stopped to take a moment to pray together before they played their football game. The mom thanked us for the foundation they received at HFS.
What a way to welcome our students back after an unplanned, extra long weekend.... with our homemade, hand rolled pepperoni rolls! It's the first one of the year! Tomorrow... we are so excited! They are delicious!#ourcafeteriaisthebest
You are invited to Holy Family Home and School Alliance's First Meeting of the year! The meeting is THIS Wednesday, September 6th, at 6:00pm in the Holy Family Parish Center.
In our Gospel today, people say one thing, but they do something different. As we start the new school year, all of us (students, parents, teachers, staff, etc.) represent Holy Family School. Are we true to who we are?
Sometimes we get something that when we look inside, it is different than what we expected. For instance, can you imagine opening up a box of crackers and finding a package of mints inside instead? When things like that happen, we may be disappointed or surprised.
6th grade students completed a group STEM challenge. They had to create a tower out of newspapers that would hold a volleyball for at least 20 seconds and pass a “wind test." The results were amazing!
Our school year started off with our traditional opening prayer led by Fr. Martin. We also had one of our 6th grade Boy Scouts help to raise our flag and lead us in the Pledge of Allegiance. We are so excited for the 2023-2024 year! @HolyFamPoland
With the closing of school today, Scrip will be sold tomorrow, Friday, August 25th in the Teachers' Lounge from 7:30-8:30am. Thank you in advance for your support! #hfs#scripprogram#fundraiser
