Correction, when rooted in love, patience, and the whole counsel of God, is a gift, not a threat.
The goal is never exposure, but restoration. Never pride, but humility.

New Believers Should Not Lead & Should be Corrected With All Patience & Understanding

They have not had time to learn from God's correction by way of His rod & staff, or to have their minds reformed in His Word by learning wisdom & discernment through meekness & humility of spirit

Ministers of God's Word need to have the time to apply His Word in their lives, to walk His Truth out in reality for understanding

I see so many young believers shunning correction & wise counsel because they have allowed the enemy to puff them up with pride & zealous arrogance

It is utterly foolish to despise Godly correction & wise counsel that is founded in the entire counsel of God's Word

We are to be slow to speak & quick to listen to what the Spirit of God is saying through ALL the members of His body

Or does God speak through us alone?

I have made it a general practice not to follow people here on X that rarely if ever share anything someone else has to say...

After 6 years on this platform, I have observed that there is a spirit of arrogance rooted in them & more often than not it will be a matter of 'when' instead of 'if' this spirit will attack the fellowship & unity of God's precious bride

Arrogance is as the sin of idolatry & rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft

The #IdolotryOfSELF makes us dumb, deaf & blind to the Spirit of God & #RebelliousWitchcraft shuns obedient subjection to the entire counsel of God's Word

Arrogance is not only a symptom in the new believer though, as it is also represented in those long in their walk but stunted in maturity, who allowed the enemy to trick them into believing their many years of outward pretense amounted to real internal spiritual growth

My brethren please do not give the enemy a foothold in your minds & lives by running ahead of God or imagining yourselves to be more than you are

We are to wait on the Lord with all subjection of body, peace of mind & quietness of spirit

"A church leader must not be a new believer, because he might become proud, and the devil would cause him to fall." 1 Tim 3:6

I say these things, not to expose anyone in particular, but to cover them in the patience & gentleness we are commanded to adhere to when correcting one another in love

Public error demands public rebuke, but we should strive to do this in ways that maintain the love & peace of God in our fellowship with one another & judge one another in ways that we ourselves would hope to be admonished, with all patience & gentleness whenever possible

For the Word says,
"Do not judge, or you too will be judged.
For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you." Matt 7:1-6

Sure there are some who need stern rebuke because they have repeatedly shunned wise counsel & have arrogantly remained steadfast in their error despite many within the body maintaining with them in patience

They are like feral, gluttonous, unwashed animals lacking self-control, who attack & trample those who have faithfully learned from God through years of subjection & refinement

Arrogance is obvious to those who have taken the time to allow God to remove the obstruction of this spirit from our vision...

This impatient eye rolling, harshness of words & abruptness in speech is not they way we are to bear with one another's faults in love brethren

Hasn't God been incredibly patient with us?

So let us bear with one another & not lay each other bare for the sake of not grieving the Holy Spirit of God who has saved us 🙏🏻

If you consider one day more holy than another, that's between you & God. Rom (14:5&22)

What we're not going to do is negate scripture to shame people into keeping Sabbath on a specific date & time when His Word is clear about when that time is, how we are to enter & why.

Ezk 37.12-14
Therefore, prophesy to them & say, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: O my people, I will open your graves of exile & cause you to rise again. Then I will bring you back to the land of Israel. Ezk 37.22-23, 26-28
"I will unify them into one nation on the mountains of Israel. One king will rule them all; no longer will they be divided into two nations or into two kingdoms."

"They will never again pollute themselves with their idols & vile images & rebellion, for I will save them from their sinful apostasy. I will cleanse them. Then they will truly be my people & I will be their God.
And I will make a covenant of peace with them, an everlasting covenant. I will give them their land & increase their numbers & I WILL PUT MY TEMPLE AMONG THEM FOREVER. I will make my home among them. I will be their God & they will be my people. And when my Temple is among them forever, the nations will know that I am the Lord, who makes Israel holy."

Ezk 38 obviously takes place AFTER the millennial reign, which is clearly outlined in Rev 20:7-9

"When the thousand years come to an end, satan will be let out of his prison. he will go out to deceive the nations called Gog & Magog in every corner of the earth. he will gather them together for battle—a mighty army, as numberless as sand along the seashore. And I saw them as they went up on the broad plain of the earth & surrounded God’s people & the beloved city. But fire from heaven came down on the attacking armies & consumed them."

Ezk 39:4-6 directly compares with Rev 19.17-18 which takes place AFTER the millennial reign

Ezk 40-48 details a totally different vision about the temple to be built in that time that shadows the true temple of God outlined in Rev 21&22

There is a big difference between deliberate sin & the sin we fall into because our flesh is weak

Someone who is truly saved is uncomfortable in their sin & continually seeks spiritual growth & repentance from God

Deliberate sin doesn't submit to God's law & sees no need to put the ways of the old nature to death 💀

Deliberate sin abuses the grace of God & treats His blood sacrifice as some common thing

It views our freedom in Christ as a license to disobey without any remorse or attempt to submit to His Spirit

This is the antichrist spirit of error & lawlessness
It's self-deception shrouded in the blinding darkness of a seared conscience

It has no desire to please God, it's only concerned with self love
It does not honor God in spirit & truth with reverential fear

Those who truly know God pattern their lives knowing...

I love God’s law with all my heart but there's another power in me that's at war with my mind & it makes me a slave to the sin that's still in me...

In Him there is no condemnation

Just as God has rested from His works since the 6th day, we are commanded to rest from ours

Our works are works of flesh & are hostile to God's Spirit

When we rest in HIM, we clothe ourselves in His light 🌟
We commit ourselves to the works of His Spirit, against which there is no law

Isn't it true that those who identify with their old nature focus on the things the old nature loves, but those who identify with the Spirit focus on things of the Spirit?

We know that when our mind is controlled by our old nature it's death, but when our mind is controlled by the Spirit it brings life & peace

A mind controlled by the old nature is hostile to God because it doesn't submit itself to God’s law, it just can't...

IDENTIFYING WITH THE OLD NATURE CAN'T PLEASE GOD

If we live according to our old nature, we will most definitely die

BUT if we live by the Spirit & keep putting to death our old nature, we will live 🌿

When we're saved, we no longer wear an identity of our old nature's sexuality, addictions, arrogance & insecurities

Instead we become a new creation, continually being transformed into the very image of God

This is our freedom & our inheritance
