UEFA says it is actively considering legal action and has ordered FIFA to preserve all documents, emails, and electronic records related to the FFE proposal.
The European governing body warns that destroying, deleting, or altering any evidence could result in serious legal sanctions.
UEFA has also given FIFA five business days to confirm it has received the notice, preserved all relevant materials, and appointed an official to oversee compliance.
A major escalation in the FFE saga. ๐

๐จ ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐๐๐ก๐: The reason Yan Diomandรฉ's move to Real Madrid has not been announced yet is because his former agent, Max Gradel, claims the player broke their contract.
Real Madrid completed the deal with Roc Nation and were reportedly unaware of the issue with Diomandรฉ's former agent.
Max Gradel has now filed a complaint with FIFA.
FIFA could allow the transfer to go through, delay it, or even block it completely.

UEFA are reportedly preparing legal action against FIFA President Gianni Infantino.
The European governing body has sent Infantino a formal letter instructing him to preserve all evidence related to the proposed sale of stakes in FIFA's World Cup commercial business, warning against the destruction of any relevant documents or records.

UPDATE:
In the last 24 hours, four CAF ExCo members, who double as FIFA Council members, have issued public backings for the embattled Gianni Infantino.
๐ฒ๐ฆ Fouzi Lekjaa - Morocco FA President, CAF 1st Vice President & Fifa Council member
๐ฒ๐ท Ahmed Yaya - Mauritania FA President & Fifa Council member
๐ฉ๐ฏ Souleiman Waberi - Djibouti FA President & Fifa Council member
๐ณ๐ช Djibrilla Hamidou - Nigeria FA President & FIFA Council member
Attached are English renderings of their dispatches, which were originally in French.
These four suggest what the top hierarchy of African football may be expected to do where supporting Infantino is concerned.
None of the other CAF Vice Presidents, including Ghana's Kurt Okraku, have commented on the matter.
As mentioned a few days ago, the continent's football leaders are, as we speak, politically pro-Gianni Infantino. For now. That has not changed.
Inevitably, a public statement articulating the official CAF stance will have to be made at some point, either in writing or via a speech by the CAF President.
As the second biggest voting block, Africa's utility to football politics is known. Whether the continent uses this utility for its own interests or at the behest of someone else is always the contention.
Africa must never underestimate the power it holds in world football.
With 54 member associations, CAF is the second-largest voting bloc in FIFA. No one becomes FIFA President, or remains FIFA President for long, without Africa. That is massive political capital. Exercising it requires a combination of wisdom and ambition.
The silence from CAF over the controversy surrounding Gianni Infantinoโs now-abandoned plan to sell part of the commercial rights of the FIFA World Cup to private investors has been striking. The proposal triggered a major backlash, fuelled discussions about a leadership challenge and a possible vote of confidence.
One can only assume that intense lobbying of Africa is underway. If so, this is precisely yet another moment for Africa to recognise its leverage and not to sell itself short.
Rather than simply rallying behind an increasingly embattled FIFA President, Africa should be thinking strategically about the future leadership of world football. We have in Patrice Motsepe a man of global stature, unquestionable business credentials, proven leadership and an ambitious vision for African football. Never mind his public statements that he has no such ambition to replace his friend. If there is to be a grand bargain, it should be one that builds alliances with UEFA and other confederations around the possibility of an African leading FIFA for the first time.
Unless, of course, CAFโs silence is tactical. I sincerely hope that is the case and not merely a sign of unquestioning support for a president whose position has become increasingly difficult to defend. Africa has the numbers, and the credibility and the opportunity in Motsepe. It cannot let this chance go. It may take a long time to find another candidate like Patrice.

EXCLUSIVE: Spoke to four senior CAF figures who explain Africa's current position on Infantino WC idea:
โ ๏ธ CAF were not aware of Infantino's idea until it hit the media
โ ๏ธ Initially, members wanted $20m deal. Then things changed.
โ ๏ธ CAF not interested in choosing sides.
โ ๏ธ CAF leaning toward non-alignment: will NOT boycott Fifa competitions, neither will they follow Gianni. For now.
โ ๏ธ Uefa and Fifa are fighting over $$ and control. Any decision taken must position Africa to get more of both.

This is why UEFA are angry! Countries who can't do the basics in football, countries who have their Premier League teams celebrating football boots and balls as gifts have the same votes as Spain and Germany in decision making at FIFA. Stadium saf you no get but you want to decide the future of football.
This highlights my point of a new national stadium even more .
