Just to land you would have to get through the strongest Navy AND Air Force in the world. And even if you made landfall, you would have to get through the Army and Marines (both top of the line). And if you somehow get through that, the National Guard would also be able to put up a serious fight. And even if you somehow got through all of that, you only have to get through a population armed to the teeth with their own guns.

The moral of the story is there’s a reason the United States is practically impenetrable (not including the geographical advantages of it) and anyone that tries would get obliterated.
