"Good maintenance, adequate clean water, available electricity & good landlord with a Building Manager that knows his job is what makes tenants feel @ home"
@nasiphim@CityTshwane Wow. A whatsapp channel. Just what we need. Who cares about water, electricity and good roads when we can have a whatsapp channel. Yippee. πππ
@KoketsoResane@Julius_S_Malema You are very correct and this surprise both legally and morally in Malema's case. It would have been good for him if he had any moral grounds but he does not
@SihleLonzi Critically, your argument lacks depth. You should have prefaced your input by discussing the actionsnyou have taken (if any) regarding the cases of Cwecwe and others and conclude by suggesting what needs to be done.
We heard name calling that does not move South Africa forward.
A rootop is a must for tenants to relax/enjoy in all buildings especially those with no baconies. Only greedy landlords will built rooms on top whilst tenants have no facilities available. @TrafalgarPM@jhbproperty@CityPropertySA@AfricaHousingCo
@myanc@PresidencyZA@GovernmentZA People are paying exorbitent amounts on rent countrywide whilst you claim that you are incharge. These amounts being asked by letting agencies are abnormal to say the least......
Pass the Bill & abolish shacks in SA, it should be hard for anyone to build a shack after the law has been passed. These shacks also encourage young girls/boys to drop out of school & cohabitate. @mmkubayi@PresidencyZA
Is it possible if we can put an end on building of shacks in our country? Most young people in SA are dropping out of school only to go & built a shack then cohabitates. In most cases both aren't working & children become victims of their unwise decision @mmkubayi@The_DHS
@CityofJoburgZA People are selling all over the city even there by you in Braam it's dirty because you allowed it. Implement by-laws & take action on those who don't obey! It's so funny because Kigali is so clean compared to J'burg that is overrated, please check the pictures..
@The_DHS Pass the bill to stop building of shacks in our country. We don't have a housing crisis but a government that;
* Has no strategic planning
* No control & allows shacks to be built everywhere
* Issues more than 1 RDP house to 1 person
* Allows foreigners 2 own RDP houses
@The_DHS We don't have a a shortage of houses in SA. Kindly place leaders that will manage & bring order in Human Settlement department. You can't allow aperson to have an RDP house in EC/KZN/FS/NW/Limpopo/Mpumalanga/WC & still give him/her an RDP house in Gauteng.
@mmkubayi@The_DHS Can you do an audit on all RDP houses alphabetically, starting with Braamfischer. So many illegal foreign nationals are occupying these houses meant for SAns. Why other African countries are aable to handle their domestic matters but SA government is failing?
@mmkubayi@The_DHS Hon Minister, is it possible to pass a bill on shacks? In this way, you will be able to manage human settlement in an efficient way. This will also discourage youth that leave school to cohabitate & impregnate young girls unnecessary. Zimbabwe has no shacks?
