Our kids deserve better.
Would someone have some sense and give me blue bags so I can help on weekend and bank holidays!?!
Vetch Field

And this is why I begged for blue bags! For all your rhetoric about jobs and perhaps good intentions you do not have people on weekends or bank holidays. There is room for volunteers

St James Gardens this morning. I have been cleaning this park for years. All I ever asked was blue bags. Now my councillors are ignoring my emails for more.
Don't even say anything about taking people's job. Pel ty of trash for all
@edgarrmcgregor It is also a personal one. The decision to litter. That it is easier and more convenient to just drop something than find a bin or take it home with us. A sign of individual thoughtlessness and hopelessness.
@SwanseaCouncil@SwanseaOnline10 I do have a photo of one piece of mail with a name and address if someone from your staff will DM. But obviously I won't post to a public forum for privacy reasons.

What is happening at Vetch Field? It has been days since the bins were empties.
Busy weekend for the park and they overflowed. I collected 3 blue bags and those are still sitting here.
@SwanseaCouncil@SwanseaOnline10 Yes, I am aware. But on the weekends and evenings that does not help keep the park clean for our little humans.
And what is the council doing to educate new arrivals, especially from London, on our recycling scheme? Most are completely unfamiliar with such a thing.
I didn't litter any of the trash in my local park, and yet I've spent 1-2 hours of my free time every day for years to clean it up.
I'm taking responsibility for the natural world.
You and I didn't cause the climate crisis, but we should still take the initiative.
Let me clear this up:
1. Climate change is real.
2. It's bad.
3. It's changed before, but this is too fast.
4. It's our fault.
5. We should do something.
6. It's not inevitable.
7. Individual action isn't enough.
8. Systematic action isn't enough.
9. We need both. Together.

Winter parade completely inaccessible for the #ActuallyAutistic.
Got here at 4 to make sure my #Neurodivergent young person had adequate space. People are pushing into her and increasing anxiety.
Next year provide access to the #disabled.
@edgley Perhaps the autistic mother of an autistic little human trying to allow them free expression of their needs. I speak from experience.
The hardest thing is often when my autism clashes with the autism of others.
Compassion, not judgment, is empowering for both.
The following needs to happen:
•Referendum on whether we keep or #AbolishTheMonarchy
•Commonwealth countries to decide whether they remove the monarch as their head of state.
•All stolen artifacts, jewels, gold, art work etc to be returned to country of origin.
•Reparations.
@KatiePybus It is time, well past, that we recognize ALL are equal. We are the kings and queens of our own destiny.
There is no 'divine' right to power or wealth.
The message of the 21st century, a world pushed to brink of extinction by patriarchy & capitalism.
#AbolishTheMonarchy
If 32 y.o. man wants to marry your 19 y.o. daughter...
If he was only interested because mummy & board approved her as breeding stock...
If he continued an affair while married to her...
If she died under suspicious circumstances...

the fact that millions of people across the uk will go cold and hungry this winter whilst being forced to watch a funeral and then a coronation that will cost billions is a perfect example of just how broken the system in this country is
