@BlueJays I am not saying we make roofs mandatory. But every 30 minutes of rain delay should be one inning gone and 2 runs for the visiting team. And if the game is rained out it is a 10-0 victory for the visiting team. Bet a lot of stadiums get roofs.

@KeeganMatheson Don't make roofs mandatory. But every half hour there is a delay a inning passes and the visiting team is credited with 2 runs. If the game is postponed it is instead forfeited and the visiting team gets a 10-0 win. Not mandatory roofs but it will sort itself out real fast
