•Inspectors will provide hand soap during the inspection and it is encouraged that all attendees wash their hands frequently and after touching surfaces, coughing or sneezing.
•All attendees must bring and wear a face mask during the interior inspection of the home and maintain 6 feet of clearance between all who are present, including the home inspector at all times.
•If attendance by any party is required, the attendees will be limited to one representative from the seller side and two representatives from the buyer side of the sales transaction. No other people will be allowed to be present while the inspection is in progress.
•If possible, it is highly recommended buyers and sellers do not attend the home inspection. Buyers will have the option to request a video conference ( via FaceTime or the Hangout app) for the end of the inspection summary.
• It is advised that sellers clean and disinfect tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks prior to the arrival of the home inspector.
