Do you know anyone who is vulnerably housed or homeless in Exeter? @ColabExeter is now offering drop in sessions to talk about Mental Health and Wellbeing.
People experiencing homelessness should be provided with integrated health & social care services to improve their health outcomes.
A NICE guideline published today with @homelessimpact aims to ensure coordinated care across different services.

Well done @StephanieDarkes, sorry it doesn't get the launch you & it deserves. You're my hero, you gave me the gift of friendship & sea swimming.
Well done @StephanieDarkes on your book about our community heroes and thank you so much for supporting the work of @HomelessExeter and those facing homelessness in Exeter. We are delighted one of our EHP volunteers has his story told in this book.
During the lockdowns I embarked on a project gathering stories and pictures of people across Exeter.
The stories have been an exhibition in @ExeterLibrary and @Princesshay. And now, I am proud to say that all 36 stories and photos are published in a limited edition book.
We have a Tap2Give unit installed at Nationwide in @Princesshay where you can donate 24 hours a day! Or simply scan the QR code to donate or find out more about @HomelessExeter
