In tech. The junior/entry levels have been gutted. Everyone wants mid/seniors. Cybersecurity (atleast "real" and not box-checking) is also a mid/seniors level position unless you're doing vuln research (where a degree is not worth much, and the jobs are not common).
Also ATS + cold apps being worthless + hiring in tech being very bad right now + LLMs providing more value than a junior + oversupply of junior candidates
It's easier in medicine because supply is constrained, the filter/credentials are higher, healthcare is growing (vs. tech being propped up entirely by gen AI and related), and the hiring process is "normal."
Product is just engineering & sales & marketing collaborating properly.
Wouldn't need an extraneous fourth role, if companies knew how to hire and build teams. Or rather, if the playbook wasn't to spam shit at the wall until something sticks, and keep on repeating until exit or bankruptcy.
Was tech founder on a project for AI SDRs.
Worked best for low-complexity/short deal cycle offers on inbound leads (glorified qualifying receptionist) on the phone side.
Emails & messages needed a lot of infra setup for top notch personalization & triggers.
OpenAI is (trying) to make outbound phone SDRs a thing, but not succeeding.
Unmuted you to tell you your reading comprehension is shit, you're taking this opportunity to get on your soapbox, and you talk too much.
The close monitoring of hormone ratios, especially DHT:T in young boys is a useful marker of hormonal health. Nowhere in the post did 5S recommend injecting them with DHT. Now, if there were irregularities, that would necessitate some intervention depending on what goal one wished to reach.
Likewise, the community has been extracting DHT from creams (and even synthing it manually) and dissolving it in oil for injection decades ago. You are not a "pioneer" or among the first to inject DHT in the world. To assert so confidently makes you look like a clown. Perhaps within your small twitter bubble, but the rest of us actual researchers are not wasting our time on here.
Now go read into AAS-mediated degeneration in perception and cognitive function, because you are surely suffering from it.
