Wonderfully written, @UnitedWay !

May we all reflect on our shared responsibility to build a brighter future and honor those who made and continue to make that future possible.

[United Way @UnitedWay]

This #IndependenceDay, we look up and see more than fireworks.

We pause to reflect on freedom, sacrifice, and our shared responsibility to build a better future.

We honor those who dreamed of a brighter tomorrow, and those who gave everything to make it possible.

Because freedom means more when it’s shared.

💙 United is the way for all to thrive.

2/2 We work every day to reduce chronic homelessness in our community.

We are all in this together.
We believe no one deserves to die on the street.
We believe in helping people heal.

[Center For Respite Care @HomelessRespite]

1/2 Breaking the cycle of chronic homelessness is incredibly difficult…especially when you also have chronic health complications. That’s why we are proud to say 7 out of 10 clients go on to stable placement for over a year after discharge from our program.

#FactOfTheWeek - Chronic Homelessness Reached an All-Time High in 2024

[National Low Income Housing Coalition @NLIHC]

Now more than ever, #NLIHC is committed to advancing housing justice for the most vulnerable and marginalized communities. As we commemorate #Juneteenth, we will work against policies and practices that perpetuate systemic racism and housing discrimination.
