@Alexand11846638@Richard4Watford 3) Use the visa complaints form here : https://t.co/txZNRIkhsn
I've had reports that applications magically move forward a couple of days afterwards (not in all cases!)
@Alexand11846638@Richard4Watford 2) Ring the UKVI. Number is 08081648810, press option 2, you will need the names of the group and their GWF numbers (application mumbers). Ring and ask for them to escalate them.
@Alexand11846638@Richard4Watford We're not the official scheme but there are 4 potential options. 1) reapply. A pain I know but I have heard reports of families waiting weeks then getting them in as little as 5 days after re-applying.
@benscribbles Well we're not the official scheme (just a service matching families) but you'll need to speak with them, maybe have a video call etc to make sure you are a good match from both sides. Then they fill out an application here, marking you as the sponsor here https://t.co/zwf1vEVlcG
@Kegs40@pritipatel We are not the official scheme but you could consider re-applying (a pain I know but worth it). For some unknown reason recent applications seem be to coming through much faster, a week or so (and it wont void your original applications)
@Aggiex88 Yes - and an individual *should* be quicker than a family as there's only one to wait for. Again this morning I'm hearing of people getting them back in 7-8 days after re-applying. Good luck and let me know how it goes!
@CallOutFraud Absolutely not! I'm footing all costs myself, no donations and everything is completely free for all sides to use for as long as it is useful :)
@eiramenna20 Hi Annemarie! Link to the government scheme is here : https://t.co/9sxk4sjhur . Simply find a really good match to sponsor (I'm happy to help if needed) and then you both apply with each other on your forms. You/your house get checked and they get a visa after checks as well.
It's not perfect, but it's live! We're now looking for some early access testers to register, create profiles and provide some feedback. Take a look here :) https://t.co/QC0tRV6VP1
@leary_rosemary Hi Rosemary! Please register at https://t.co/EX0gWcAvcr which is designed as a step before the official govt application to allow you to find a suitable Ukrainian who will be a good fit (giving the best chance of a successful placement). I'm of course happy to help if you need
@AileenWalkerUK@michaelgove@pritipatel@ukhomeoffice I'm really worried they are going to be able to process this number of complex applications nearly as quickly as needed. I can see a shambles coming. Fingers crossed I'm wrong because we've got loads of matched hosts/refugees who've applied and have also just been left waiting...
@AustinNicholas0@ZelenskyyUa@AdinOfCrimea @MaximEristavi Hi Austin - why not get your details on here as we have lots of people I'm sure would be grateful for the offer! https://t.co/QC0tRV6VP1
