I am a J6er.

I find it somewhere between ironic and sad that so many Liberal Democrats believe I should either be sentenced to death or imprisoned for life for a Class B petty offense misdemeanor, illegal picketing.

A charge so minor it didn't fall under federal sentencing guidelines. Yet somehow it's the most common J6er sentence.

It had been ruled unconstitutional to be sentenced to prison and probation for such a minor offense as I was and many more.

As much as I oppose the ICE protests, I would never want the death penalty for somebody pickieting no matter what the cause. As a matter of fact I will Advocate and fight so everyone can protest!

Perhaps, that is why, in the end conservatives will lose. We have morals and we follow rules, liberals have nothing of the sort.

I would ask for, and I know it's a crazy thing, Equal justice under the law liberals get $50 tickets for illegal picketing in the Capitol. 1000s before me hundreds after. Conservatives get sentenced to prison.

If the Democrats didn't have double standards that have no standards at all.

一直嚷嚷要“引领世界方向”、构建“人类命运共同体”的中共最高统治者，为何宁可放弃多边外交的高光舞台，在华盛顿匆匆一日，删除纽约行程？答案其实很简单：他怕了，他怕死，他害怕面对那场足以焚毁他所有假面与威严的抗议烈火，甚至他很可能害怕有人行刺。

烈火威慑吓破了习近平的胆

今年7月2日，藏人社运人士洛嘎·让赞（Lobga Rangzen）在纽约联合国总部前激愤自焚，以极其惨烈的方式向中共的暴政发出绝响。这场震撼世界的抗争，引爆了全球流亡藏人与人权社群的愤怒与凝聚力。

自焚事件发生后，纽约已经成为抗议中共暴政的前沿阵地。对于极度贪生怕死、出门必须清场、布置高度安保的习近平来说，纽约联合国门前，是他无法掌控的地方，他不敢踏入这个雷区。

在华盛顿白宫或密闭会场，中方尚能协调严格的安保安排；但在纽约联合国这片开放的街头，如果汇聚全球媒体与成千上万激怒的抗议民众，特别是激愤的藏人，一旦现场出现突发抗议或更激进行动，其后果是他无法承受的。

骨子里的怕死基因与病态防范

事实上，习近平的胆小怕死与对个人安全的极端偏执，在过去十几年的统治中早已表现得淋漓尽致，甚至沦为国际外交界和民间的谈资。

他每次出国出访，不仅要将国产防弹专车空运至目的国，例如此前访问巴布亚新几内亚与葡萄牙，连饮用水和私人厨师都要随团携带，甚至曾豪掷巨资包下整个酒店拓宽大门只为了让防弹车通行。

他在国内视察时更是怕死怕的要命。所到之处不旦要提前数月启动严密安保，狙击手占领高点、沿途封路清场、安排假群众，包括警卫伪装成群众，连沿街居民的窗户都被要求封死、抽屉贴封条、甚至禁止做饭开火。这种安保是不是更像是习近平进入了随时会挨暗枪的敌占区。

不论是武汉疫情爆发初期、郑州特大水灾，还是河北涿州泄洪淹城，每当面临真实的人民苦难与潜在的安全风险时，这位宣称什么都是他“亲自指挥”的领导人，总是第一时间选择隐身避祸，永远躲在绝对安全的后方，绝不亲临第一线。

大国领袖到美一日游

中共官方一贯喜欢吹嘘“大国担当”与“引领全球治理”。但习近平向来胆小怕死，如果前往纽约，西方主流媒体的镜头必然会将习近平的到来与7月的自焚抗议绑定。他越想展现伟人形象，就越会被推上人权审判台。为了避免在全世界面前丢脸，他干脆选择做缩头乌龟。藏人自焚引起的悲愤情绪仍然在蔓延，习近平可能害怕有人采取激进行动。

抛弃联合国这个多边主义大舞台，对习近平来说是不小的损失，毕竟中共在联合国长期投入资源和运作，联合国一直是中共非常喜欢展现其影响力的圈子。这次习近平只去华盛顿，那是不敢驳川普总统的面子。

暴政统治的恐惧终将反噬

洛嘎·让赞在纽约门前泼向自己的烈火，没有唤醒联合国僵化的体制，却真真实实地吓退了中共暴君习近平。
取消纽约之行，是中共外交博弈不得不做出的放弃，也是习近平在民意怒火面前一次无比丑陋的败逃。习近平内心的虚弱与胆怯，在这匆匆避祸的行程变化中暴露无遗。

You know why?
My first response is because fvck him...but I truly wanted him to understand how I felt that day.

Judge Hogan cast down an illegal SPLIT sentence of prison AND probation which was ruled unconstitutional as cruel and inhumane for such a minor offense as a Class B petty offense.

They invented two crimes to crush us.

Illegal picketing. A $50 ticket. I did 30 days in a federal cell for walking through an open door the police held open. 125 of us went to jail for it.

I became the First person in Washington State ever sentenced to prison for picketing.

Before January 6 this was a $50 ticket. Almost nobody in history went to federal prison for walking through an open door and chanting.

Then they stacked a 20-year felony — obstruction of an official proceeding. A law written for shredding documents. They charged 350 of us. The Supreme Court later said they used it unconstitutionally.

The same DC judges who sent dads to prison for a petty offense were the ones running lawfare against Trump. The same bench that called January 6 worse than 9/11 and the British burning the Capitol in 1812.

Lawfare attacked Americans and the President.

They turned misdemeanors and fake felonies into political weapons, so you would be too frightened oppose them.

Why is it legal for liberals to protest and a crime for conservatives?

They charged 1,575 of us after one afternoon at the Capitol. Nearly 1,270 convictions.

Prison sentences for hundreds — including 30 days for a dad who walked through an open door and chanted “Stop the Steal.”

In 2020 they arrested 14,000 during months of BLM riots that burned cities, caused billions in damage, and injured thousands of cops and killed dozens.

90-95% of those cases were dropped.

A couple hundred federal convictions. Most walked.

They called us insurrectionists.

They called that “mostly peaceful.”

Same country. Two-tier justice.
