@WhatsApp I tried opening whatsapp and got a message that "This account can no longer use Whatsapp. 

I am not able to run WhatsApp, please unban my WhatsApp number as soon as possible as this is stalling important activities for me.

What's happening and even after attempting to dial the code and follow the steps I'm being told I've to add VNIN which I'm unable to get after trying all instructions. @AirtelNigeria
