He’s also the author of the book entitled, "How Oil and Gas Operations Can Be Maximised to Increase Revenue in Ghana as a Middle-Class Country." It is a book that seeks to educate Ghana on how best we can profit from the Oil and Gas industry. He is a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, UK as well as an associate member of the Institute of Leadership and Management, UK.
In the realm of politics, Morgan-Goodett has been actively involved with the National Democratic Congress (NDC). He serves as a Special and Executive Advisor to the NDC National Caucus. We thank all individuals and groups who contributed in various capacities to this remarkable achievement. Your efforts have not only solidified our standing within the NDC but also underscored the transformative power of unity and purposeful action.

Looking ahead, we reaffirm our commitment to the 24-Hour Economy and Resetting Ghana Agenda, which aims to create sustainable employment opportunities for the youth and foster economic growth across the nation. I remain optimistic that His Excellency John Dramani Mahama will consider my appointment as the 24-Hour Economy Ambassador, a role I am prepared to embrace with dedication and professionalism. With this position, I intend to leverage my expertise to accelerate the implementation of this agenda, ensuring that its benefits are realised swiftly and effectively.

If entrusted with this responsibility, my strategic roadmap for implementing the 24-Hour Economy will include the following stages:

Comprehensive Assessment and Feasibility Study:

Conduct a detailed analysis of Ghana’s economic sectors to identify those capable of operating effectively around the clock.
Assess infrastructure readiness, workforce availability, and service demand during non-traditional hours.
Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with government agencies, private businesses, labor unions, and community leaders to gather insights and build consensus.
Identify potential challenges and align collective efforts toward solutions.
Policy Development:

Design policies that incentivize extended operating hours for businesses while safeguarding workers’ rights and promoting fairness.
Include provisions for improved nighttime transportation, safety measures, and support systems.
Infrastructure Enhancement:

Upgrade essential infrastructure to support 24-hour activities, such as public transport, reliable utilities, and robust telecommunications networks.
Security Reinforcement:
