Hon. Dr. Demilade Akin-Alabi felicitates with Muslim faithful across Oyo State and Nigeria on the occasion of the celebration of Eid-el-Maulud, commemorating the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
He describes the celebration as a timely reminder of the virtues of peace, compassion, humility, sacrifice, forgiveness, tolerance and love for humanity—values that remain essential to building a united and prosperous society.
According to him, the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) continue to inspire generations to show kindness to the vulnerable, uphold justice, respect one another and live together in peace.
Hon. Dr. Demilade Akin-Alabi therefore calls on Muslims and Nigerians at large to use the occasion to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood, promote peaceful coexistence and extend love and support to the less privileged.

The Hon. Dr. Demilade Akin-Alabi Foundation (DAA–da Foundation) is set to commence a monthly voluntary environmental sanitation exercise, as part of its commitment to promoting healthier, cleaner and more sustainable communities.
The initiative is designed to gather the experts and volunteers together to take practical action in cleaning markets, streets, clearing blocked drainage channels, removing refuse and improving the general environment.
According to the Foundation, the exercise is not just about cleaning the environment but about building a culture of responsibility, unity and community ownership.
The Founder, Hon. Dr. Demilade Akin-Alabi, believes that touching lives goes beyond providing material assistance; it also means creating an environment where people can live safely, healthily and with dignity.
The Foundation therefore calls on Market men and women, residents and well-meaning members of the public to join hands together to contribute their time, energy and ideas towards building cleaner communities.
The message is simple: our environment belongs to all of us, and keeping it clean is our collective responsibility.
