Today, I joined the people of Riketa and Dide Waride in a solemn gathering. It wasn’t politics, it wasn’t speeches – it was about memory, healing, and justice.
I called on government to walk with the families left behind, to recognize them in the compensation plan.
I joined the celebration to honor Hon. Jirre Siyadh and his bride, sharing in the happiness of the people of Bura. Truly, weddings like this are a reminder that community is our strength, and love is the thread that binds us all.
Today, I attended the wedding of Hon. Jirre Siyadh at Bullarig in Bura Const. It was not just a wedding it was a gathering of joy, laughter, and culture where families, friends, and leaders came together to witness a beautiful new chapter in life.

Today evening, I visited Dida Ade Primary & Junior Secondary School to inspect the ongoing renovation of two classrooms, a project proudly supported through the NG-CDF.
From cracked walls to a fresh, colorful finish this transformation is more than just about bricks and paint;
it’s about giving learners a safe, inspiring space to dream bigger and aim higher. The joy and gratitude from the students spoke louder than words, holding signs of thanks and prayers that warmed every heart present.

Public Participation in Kipini for the Creation of Kipini Sub-County
Today, we held a fruitful public participation forum in Kipini, engaging residents, local leaders, and stakeholders on the proposed creation of Kipini Sub-County.
This important step will bring government services closer to the people, enhance development, and ensure better resource allocation.
I deeply thank the elders, youth, women groups, and opinion leaders who shared their views and fully supported this noble cause.
