@iAM_BERserk@aurabogado@OmarKelly You are correct. I did read to much into what you stated. My apologies. I had been responding to many individuals and got a little extra. I’m sorry for that. You did state “such a low minimum” I respect that.
@iAM_BERserk@aurabogado@OmarKelly Lol I’m blocking you!!! Because you had a conversation with someone who disagrees with you. That’s sad. Take care of yourself. Good luck with everything in your life. I wish you nothing but success and happiness.
@iAM_BERserk@aurabogado@OmarKelly Education means you accomplished something. It shows your character. That you show up and finish what you start. It also shows you have critical thinking skills. Anyone with an education knows this. That’s why the Boss’s hiring don’t pay the new hires with no education the same.
@iAM_BERserk@aurabogado@OmarKelly Cool gif. Love Friday. So with your own argument, Someone who is a terrible people person should get paid the same as a great people person who both are register clerks at a shopping center? What if the terrible person was just hired and the great person had been there 5 years?
@iAM_BERserk@aurabogado@OmarKelly The fact that you are saying that someone with a degree should be equal pay to someone’s without is why you need an education.
@ElCaminoFred@aurabogado@OmarKelly My first wife at 21 chose to have an affair with my best friend at the time. I raised my son, accomplished my goals and NEVER PLAYED THE VICTIM!!!!! That’s who you are talking to. All facts. My opinion is embedded in me. Because I lived it. Poverty from the start. NO EXCUSES!
@ElCaminoFred@aurabogado@OmarKelly Started JC at 32, Graduated JC and got into my career field as a Technician at 37. Now I’m a ASE Master Tech. I overcame all obstacles and never gave up on myself. A little history: 14 my father was murdered and my house burnt down. My mother was an alcoholic who died of Cancer
@ElCaminoFred@aurabogado@OmarKelly Employee. What’s your narrative to this question? As me being an employee or employer is irrelevant. But I’m curious what you think now.
@iAM_BERserk@aurabogado@OmarKelly Once the student graduates their courses, then you can approach the management about a possible raise or you take your skill set else where. Know your value. But no one has value simply because they got the position.
@iAM_BERserk@aurabogado@OmarKelly That’s the definition of entitlement. People think they deserve more for doing less. Raises come with time on the clock. Not just showing up and asking the seniority crew for help until they understand the position. Then the company asses your attributes and gives you raises.
