7:28 Aasangaon CSMT fast train. Complaints about over crowding due to to without and invalid ticket holders in first class to 139. Got call from Rail Madad CSMT. Stating they will send squad or RPF on Thane station, but no one came.

Raised issue of cleanliness to the station master a lot many time and they appear helpless saying they do not have cleaning staff.

This is Ambivali station. Close to the station master office. Already complained multiple times. The shed was installed, but situation remains the same.
