Ethical breeders do not sell their quality dogs to Greeder$ doodle people so they are starting with the puppy mill dogs=disaster

Ethical breeders aim to improve the breed including temperaments.

There are numerous true crime podcasts, tv shows, documentaries where someone was saved or even a murder was solved because people were looking out for each other.
"mind your own business" is a battle cry for abusers. Law enforcement is proper to handle it

Nobody called the cops. There is even a film about this case study of people ignoring screaming.
