@SMB_Attorney PA has a similar plan, the “guaranteed savings plan”, where you can buy tuition credits today at the school of your choice. Not as good as the FL plan but more flexibility in terms of schools covered. It was overfunded when I was CIO and I think still is.

If you need an OC to fix the offense for your offensive minded HC, that a problem. Also if your HC doesn’t understand defense well enough to hire an effective DC, there is another problem.

@OutsideDiBirds For me it’s about culture. Last year, the team was moving to ball, executing, and having fun. The Phillies are always playing for each other. This year, things aren’t as easy for the Birds and guys just aren’t stepping up.

Also, some of the talent need snaps to develop.
