The Seventh Art

[Honest Take @Honest_Take11]

Some scenes are exaggerated, I don't know why DC did that.

CLAYFACE

Finally DC got one right.
I just hope they don't screw up the sequel like they did with the Joker.

BELOW (SERIES)

Too much fuss for nothing.
Incredibly boring.

THE TOMORROW WAR (2021)

Enjoyable.
No down time, good pace.
Chris Pratt being Chris Pratt, no surprises there.

[Honest Take @Honest_Take11]

DIGGER

Casting Tom Cruise for a character outside his cup of tea is genius!
Other than that the movie is OK.

"How stupid are people, they glamourized an earthwide tragedy caused by greedy businessman with a longtime successful play called Fossil Fools."

It took some time but the truth always prevail.
Gal Gadot sucks at acting!
Always did.
Zack Snyder obviously saw something in her that we don't know...
Some other talent she might have...

THE DOG STARS

The most boring film I've seen in a long time.
No action, no drama, no thrill, no comedy, no story, nothing.
Jacob Elordi the worst actor of 2026.
The only positive is the cast.

THE END OF OAK STREET

Anne Hathaway is the best!
She made a housewife look sexy.
This film is borderline horror but I like non conventional sci-fi movies.

STUART FAILS TO SAVE THE UNIVERSE S01E02

Disgusting! Trying too hard to be funny led the series to be ridiculous and pathetic.
Not funny at all and the premise is childish.
That's it for me, I don't need to watch the rest of it.

THE AWAKENING (2011)

Too twisted and too complicated plot.
That's all.

SPIDER-MAN A BRAND NEW DAY

Perhaps the best one yet.
The kind of movie that you don't need to be a superhero fan to like this one.
It surprised me.

THE LONG WALK (2025)

Based on the series SQUID GAME.
Desperate people willing to risk their lives for money.
Mark Hamill is in it.

THE MARTIAN (2015)

Great cast, Jessica Chastain, Matt Damon, Jeff Daniels, Sebastian Stan,...
But it seems that all space movie has the same premise.
Deja vu.

STUART FAILS TO SAVE THE UNIVERSE S01E01

Not what I was expecting.
First episode doesn't say much, not the same type of comedy as The Big Bang Theory.
Let's wait for episode 2.

APEX (2026)

Charlize Theron and Taron Egerton.
Worth watching.
A mild thriller but with great actors.

[Honest Take @Honest_Take11]

THE INVITE

it's supposed to be a comedy but it's not, it's about relationship and couples that need to reconnect after long time marriage.
It's a weird movie even for Seth Rogen standards.

There's a buzz about alien reveal this year.
Trust me, it's gonna be another Stanley Kubrick like trick to fool everyone.
It's funny that for the past 80 years aliens have chosen USA as their exploration field, no other nation has issues with aliens.

[Honest Take @Honest_Take11]

DISCLOSURE DAY

Not Spielberg's best work.
Kinda boring, childish and exaggerated.
But it touches a trending topic about aliens reveal.

If we are gonna have a black James Bond then maybe we can have a german Black Panther, a swedish Shaft or a polish Equalizer.

THE JACKET (2005)

Another good time travel movie.
Highlights for Daniel Craig in a superb performance.
Can't say the same about Adrien Brody.
He's the best at whisper talk, he does that on every movie, poor acting choice.
