A Father's Heartfelt Plea for Justice for My Late Son #AtulSubhash and My Family

With folded hands and a broken heart, I write to you not just as a citizen of India, but as a grieving father who has lost his beloved son, #AtulSubhash , to a tragic end.

My son #AtulSubhash died by suicide on 9th December 2024, unable to bear the mental and emotional torture inflicted by false and malicious cases filed against him by his wife & In-Laws (Nikita Singhania, Nisha Singhania, Piyush/Anurag Singhania & Sushil Singhania), including Judiciary (Judge Rita Kaushik). Even after his untimely death, my family continues to face unimaginable harassment and trauma.

Today, more than four months have passed, but the pain has only deepened. The fake cases filed against me, my wife, and my younger son are still active. We are being forced to run from pillar to post, seeking relief and justice – not just for Atul, but for the dignity and safety of our family.

Why must a family continue to suffer even after the death of a son for these fake cases?

I humbly request:

– Immediate investigation and withdrawal of all false and fabricated cases filed against my family.

– Justice for Atul Subhash, who lost his life under unbearable pressure, Harassment and torture by his wife and her family including the Judge Rita Kaushik.

– Ensure Protection for elderly parents and siblings of men who are falsely accused and harassed by Police to Judge in court.

– An end to the misuse of gender-biased laws, which are being weaponized to destroy innocent lives.

I (Pawan Modi– Father of #AtulSubhash) also appeal to the citizens of India to stand with us – to raise your voices not just for #AtulSubhash but all my other Son's and Brother's who lost his life due to these fake matrimonial cases filed against him & his Family, but for all those suffering in silence. Let us come together to demand:

⚖️ Reform in Gender-Biased Laws
👨‍⚖️ Creation of a National Commission for Men
