@dhlexpressuk Why do you never pick up your customer services calls? I’ve been trying to speak with someone who can make sense of a missing parcel since the 9th Sep’24. My call has been passed around more than a football in the whole season of premier league and still no answer.
@Binky_2301@Worldpay_Global Mine is freezing up after every 3-5 transactions and then I have to call them up next day to get them manually processed or I stand to lose that money. Can’t DM them as I’m not verified. Call centre is shite. Tech support is No support at all etc
Can’t send a DM to @Worldpay_Global or @FISGlobal unless you’re verified?! Shows their intentions to NOT solve any client issues on hand. Your tech support is as lousy as a phlegm on the street and a rubbish joke
@Worldpay_Global Your customer service has gone down the drain and is appalling. We, as your customers are paying you huge sums of money and not getting a decent service. How difficult can it be to sort out two stupid card machines? Your tech support is potty and no supervisor???
@Deliveroo Sort your bike riders out - will you! Resting their stupid bikes in glass windows and damaging property. When being asked politely not to do that, they have the biggest ever chip on their shoulder. Can’t speak a word of English let alone understand a sentence. Pathetic
@ClarkeMicah We will continue to accept cash until it’s gone - which I hope not! The machine costs more to keep and every transaction carries a charge. How is a small business like ours supposed to survive if someone thinks it’s ok to pay 30p on card. Your cash is always welcome :)

@ClarkeMicah As a small independent business, we’ve been accepting cash throughout lockdown. If we didn’t I think we would have had to shut shop. Still alive, just about! I think the uncertainty and lack of empathy from landlords will kill me first! Hope you are well :) x
