Toward the problem of the Urban heat island effects in LA, I chose the plan of starting cool pavement in LA. It can help decrease the land surface temperature. Supported by the LA government.

It has shown that Phoenix has also applied this method to try to cool down their city. And there is no recent news which may influence my solution. The mayor of the LA has stood out to show the credibility. This plan may be stopped by some citizens who can not stand the traffic.
