@McYorkshireman@RicharlisonSZNx If he isn’t he’s pretty damn close. It’s a talent Spurs rarely have and it’s a talent that other top clubs wouldn’t sell.
@BBCMOTD Looks like a lot of nonsense being shouted about the American team. All you football wizards should know that Paraguay only gave up six goals during qualifying and beat Brazil, Argentina, and Uruguay. They are not as bad as they were made to look.
@TheSpursExpress@FabrizioRomano I think we all hope this and want to believe this, but I have zero belief that we’ll make the right move. The possible selling of Vuskovic shows we don’t have a clue. No other big team would sell a generational talent at this stage of his career.
@Billie_T This is getting stupid. Spurs need to hold on to him at all costs. No other big club would sell him. This is what separates the big clubs and Spurs. We waste our young talent, fail to sell players, and lose players becuase we haggle to make the deal perfect. Things need to change
@ThfcShukz@HeardFromSpurs That’s their problem. There’s no way Spurs should sell him. Spurs should also pull back on Van Hecke. It’s a one team race for a player with one year left on his contract. There’s no way this deal should be approaching £60 million which is now the rumored price.
@HeardFromSpurs@ThfcShukz Brighton is 100% a better for a young player. Vuskovic should be loaned out. You can’t let a talent like this leave because a manager that’ll most like be gone in 12-18 months doesn’t currently want him. No other big club would sell him and that’s why we drop further from the top
@HeardFromSpurs Spurs are really going to unload a generational talent for a manager that’ll most likely be gone in 12-18 months. There’s a clear reason that we’ve slipped far below the other big six teams. No other big team would let Vuskovic leave on a permanent deal.
@xAlexTHFC He wants to play and he’s 100% right to feel this way. I don’t think he cares if it’s with Spurs or not. De Zerbi doesn’t seem to want him right now and that’s why we should loan him. No way we should sell a generational talent for a manager that has a history of leaving quickly.
@TalkTHFC__ Tell Brighton to kick rocks in all interests. Van Hecke keeps getting more and more expensive and it’s a one team race for a player out of contract in 12 months. With Vuskovic surely we’re not dumb enough to sell a generational talent for a manger that’ll most likely be gone soon
@AnabellaMarvy Dest has always done this. He loves to get forward and beat his opponent with flash. His defending has been the issue. Paraguay aren’t great, but not terrible either. They beat top teams during qualifying and only gave up 6 goals.
@Billie_T I’d love him at Spurs. Not sure our medical department would love him though. When healthy and being used correctly he’s pretty damn good. He can also play on either wing and at times as a striker.
@matthayesthfc Poch has worked wonders with the US team. He tore them down and built them back up from square one. He guaranteed nobody a place in the squad and made them all earn it. People laughed at him and questioned him. Now they seem to be flying and hopefully they keep it up.
@Billie_T For the right price he would be a great signing. He has plenty of speed and a nose for the goal. I think Solanke and Balogun would be a nice set of strikers. It honestly doesn’t matter who’s up top if we can’t figure out how to get them the ball in goal scoring positions.
@avathfc Problem is De Zerbi will run out the one generational talent Spurs have and he’ll most likely be gone himself in 18 months. The manager needs a say in squad moves, but there needs to be somebody else looking out for the club. Vuskovic can only be let to leave on a loan.
@MikeyHotspurs Choosing De Zerbi over a generational talent will be a catastrophic mistake. One will have an amazing career and the other will most likely be gone in 12-18 months. Only at Spurs would something like this happen.
@rupertmiller Most Tottenham fans would want Vuskovic to play and learn on the fly. Sure they’ll be ups and downs, but we’ll take it. He’s a generational talent and Spurs don’t have these often. Choosing a manger that’ll most likely be gone in 18 months over him is criminal.
@RickySacks@Lilywhite_Rose This will be a catastrophic mistake by Spurs. Selling a generational talent for chump change to make a manger that’ll be gone in 18 months happy. Luka should be starting this season, but if it’s a must he leaves then it has to be a loan.
@szyexcl@AVCOYS This is very shortsighted if true. Selling a generational talent for a minimal fee becuase he’s not currently in the managers plans. A manger that most likely will only be here for a year or two. Just because RDZ doesn’t want him this season doesn’t mean we need to sell him.
