@DVLAgovuk Hi, my father is experiencing awful service. Recent spinal injury from cancer and awaiting months for a letter to allow a driving assessment. Latest is DVLA have lost the doctor letter, can this be looked at/prioritised?

@DVLAgovuk Thank for arranging a call today in response to the above but I question the point was. The call told us nothing about the progress of my case (after six months) and just to wait for a letter. Totally useless. Dreadful service. Still no response to official complaint either..

@SamsungUK my fridge has become faulty but samsung won't honour warranty due to onerous "sign up" process stating warranty is "promotional". Product is faulty and shouldn't have an issue this early in its life cycle. Customer service team useless
