In a largely unprecedented financial concession to give roster flexibility to a contender, New York Knicks star Jalen Brunson has agreed on a four-year, $156.5 million extension, his agent Sam Rose of CAA tells ESPN --- $113M less guaranteed than he’s eligible to receive in one year.
With Mikal Bridges as the primary defender in these NBA Finals,
Stephon Castle, De'Aaron Fox, and Devin Vassell are a combined 2-of-15 from the field (13.3%) with more turnovers (5) than assists (4) when guarded by Bridges.
I still can't believe the Knicks won a Finals game on the road in which they only shot 5 free throws in the second half and they had to use a challenge just to get 3 of them.
KAT on Jalen Brunson overcoming "rough shooting nights:"
"You call it 'rough shooting nights,' I see him hitting the free throw to give us the game ... I seen last game, he hit some of the craziest shots I've seen to give us the game ... When it comes down to winning the game, number 11 can't be messed with."

Laugh all you want.
If the Knicks win the next 2 games… and finish the season with 15-STRAIGHT PLAYOFF WINS…
They are WITHOUT QUESTION the greatest team in the history of basketball.
