@Lost_In_Films_ @Depheruk @asda kids can be very picky eaters. far better for a child (or anyone) to have ANY food than none at all. What would be the point filling the fridge with peppers, tomatoes, lettuce etc if the child won’t eat it and it go to waste?

@theRealEnzoMac combat sports are great.not just about physical activity but do so much for mental health,discipline,skills/lessons that can be transferred to ‘real’ life. Why I’ve got my boy into it while he’s young and he loves it (karate though, not boxing, because he wants to be a ninja 😂)
