Day 5 if the East Lothian Tennis Championship and we are still grilling on the Hoof Grill. Today we have 2 x extra large ribs of beef nearing completion after 6 hrs on the parilla! Interesting fact the EL Tennis Champ is the 2nd largest comp in the UK next to Wimbledon!!

We had a last minute request from @DRIFTeatrelax to fire up the parrilla grill and cook some BBQ for an evening function they had last night prior to opening. It was a glorious evening overlooking beautiful beaches. No wind and super tasty hanger steak on the grill.

Great deal on charcoal starters at Aldi. £4.99 each. Given an old large catering size jam can with a few holes in it will work on a pile of charcoal these should perform quite well. At Hoof Grills always useful to have a charcoal starter to hand!!

@TakeMAXTRAX Great bit of expedition kit which we use a lot in classes at the @OverlandExpo. Hve used these all over the world on Glaciers, deserts, jungles etc as everything frm ground anchors to stretchers! Still 2 find a way of BBQing on them like the old PSP sand track though!! @7P4X4
