@tuuu28283 I try not to do it long, But I normally run 4-6 on average but after a few weeks it hurts. I love a good solid 8 hours more.

But Insomnia is a thing for me and I noticed my best plans/ideas happen when that flares up. Some days I just stay awake up to 36 hours before tire.

@TakeThiamine @OptimizedMaster Fat/Sugars in the day, Protein and Starches at night. So far I start the day with a bowl of berries and my coffee. Those meat and tater dinners are awesome.

My energy is great and I don't have my usual gut issues. I don't get as much soreness after heavy lifts or work days.
