@UPS_UK I am so disappointed with your handling of my international parcel. It has been in your customs warehouse for over 6 weeks and I have emailed over 10 times asking what i need to do to release it with no help. Shameful service from UPS
@UPS_UK I paid my customs last Monday and my parcel was released I have waited in every day since and no one has come but I have now had a final delivery notification. Please can someone help me
@UPS_UK I am sat at my front door and you have just changed my status to delivery attempt made and no one has attempted delivery. There is no card left and now it is saying this is the final attempt. I really need some help with this situation.

I stayed home Tue, Wed and Thurs for this parcel no attempts were made.
I was lied to on every customer service call I made about the status of my parcel and when it would be arriving.
