@QPR I remember watching Stan, Gerry Francis, Dave Clement etc as a kid at Loftus Road with my Dad. we used to sit right on the goal line, I was mesmerised by his skill and remember thinking how big the players were - I was 8 or 9. RIP LEGEND - #GoodTimes #QPR

@UpTheRs #QPR have had 18 perm & 9 interim mgrs in the past 30 yrs, just short of 1 mgr per year. The issue isn’t this guy or the last guy, it’s a fundamental lack of consistency over decades. We need to find a good strong young mgr & stick with him & build something we can be proud of!

@superhoops10 I didn’t say most fans don’t show support. Just suggesting that showing support is more than berating the team when they are struggling. Just an opinion.

@MichaelBensonn Old AJ (pre Ruiz) would have been a good fight but the AJ I saw last night against Franklin is too ‘in his head’ and would be in danger of being made to look silly.

However, if we call ourselves “supporters“ then now is the time to show some support!
If there was ever a time that they need it, it’s now.
Shouting and screaming at someone you care about when they’re at the lowest is never going to help

@BoxingKingdom14 7 out of 10 - All of the post fight shenanigans over-shadowed what was actually a pretty good performance by AJ. He hurt Usyk a few times and showed he was beatable. AJ just didn’t let his hands go when he had Usyk hurt (inexplicably)

4/4 - For me what AJ did achieve was to show that Usyk is beatable, and I think Fury is the man to do it. Fury much bigger and I think has that last 10% that AJ was lacking last night to finish the job when he hurts Usyk.

AJ was being told by his corner throughout the fight that he was winning. Looks like he lost it with them at the end, stormed out of the ring and then came back. What followed was (perhaps) his attempt to rescue the situation ?

3/4 - All the post fight shenanigans over-shadowed what was actually a pretty good performance by AJ. He hurt Usyk a few times, with a little more stamina and a little less trepidation (still didn’t let his gloves go) he could actually have won it.

2/4 - I actually think AJ was trying to congratulate Usyk (in his own way) rather than disputing the result ? It was all very strange and very much out of character. Not the usual media trained proffesional we’re used to seeing.

@JTSupple Indeed. Although we had a poor start to the season we’ve ended only 3 or 4 games off the playoffs. We’ve made slow but steady progress over the past few years, I would’ve given Warbs another year. Changing managers is rarely a magic fix. #QPR #BigPicture #LongTermPlan

Can’t believe people are talking about sacking Warburton. Yes we are in a bit of a slump but this is a long term project, look at the steady progress over the past few years. Be patient It could take another year or 2. Now is the tme to support the team & take a long view.
