Project info: This tenant-finish project of a shell space included a 4,000 square foot restaurant with a full kitchen.

1) Create daily to-do lists.
2) Resist the urge to stay in your pajamas.
3) Have a dedicated working space.
4) Build in some time to call friends/family/coworkers.
5) Workout during the day.

Phase 1 is done at @IU_Health Springmill Surgery Center, with @PepperConstruct !! 🚧⚙️ Now on to phase 2! This was the renovation of 12,000 square feet of the first floor in the North wing. It added six new procedure rooms and supporting spaces.
