@walmarthelp 21 days of waiting for an item that was sold as "In Stock" with 2 day shipping, and now the order is "delayed" and may be "canceled". This sale was deceptive and unethical. As both a customer and former employee I'm disappointed by how poorly this has been handled.

@walmarthelp Could we please get an answer to this query: Why were the PS5 units sold on 3/18 listed as being "In Stock" for those lucky enough to secure one, but are now being told there is no stock available to fulfill those orders?

@walmarthelp So the PS5 order from 3/18 said it would be delivered by 4/9 and it appears there is no chance of that happening. I just want to express how unprofessional it was for WalMart to essentially sell preorders for a back ordered item without informing potential customers.

@walmart Not to be too harsh but there is a big difference in what a customer expects when we see 2-day shipping vs what the buisness seems to mean. If I order something offering 2 day shipping I expect it in 2-5 days tops, not by a certain date 3-4 weeks later.
