Kate Powers sets a new PR—and school record—in the WT, adding over three feet to the mark she set just last week! Powers was the top collegian at the Vanderbilt Invite and currently holds the top throw in the country!

A little catch up. A little slick but fun run with alum on Christmas Eve. One dual meet win and one loss each for boys and girls (vs Dedham and Holliston). Some medals at Speed Classic and Holiday Challenge. Big PR for Sean on his birthday!
Captains recognized underclassmen for their hard work in previous week’s practices and performances in last week’s win vs Norwood. Congrats Avery, Audrey, Isabel, Wafiya, and Emily. Lots of place, PR and debut beads distributed too!
Hillers faced some challenges on Sat on the Northfield Hills at MIAA D1C . Both boys (5th) and girls (6th) advance to the D1 All State Championship at Devens next Sat. Elyse (5th) & Sean (7th) earned podium finished and Malia and Stephen both nabbed top 25 spots.

Three of our alum led their college Xc teams at their conference meets last weekend. Schuyler won in a blazing 19:47 6k and led her team to the win. Congrats to Schuy, Cat, Alex and all our other alum who are still competing!
