@jessicaalea I went to do the doctor and had all the tests done as well and they could see the palpitations but it wasn’t a high enough percent of my usual heart rate to be a major concern. I have been on anxiety meds for 7 months, but this switch has been a game changer.
Being sober from alcohol and caffeine has helped my mental and physical health so much! If you’re struggling, please please please cut it out for a month and see how you’re feeling!
@jessicaalea Honestly i hardly had any. I would have a cup of coffee in the morning and MAYBE a Diet Coke in the afternoon. And i very rarely drank, maybe 1-3 drinks a week. So I’m shocked at the difference i feel since it wasn’t a lot.
Almost every day in December is tied to my mom and her passing. It is truly exhausting, 5 years later, to grieve day after day for a whole month. Especially when December is “supposed” to be joyous.
No one talks about how quickly your memory stops working when you’re struggling mentally. I’ve dropped the ball countless times, personally and professionally, simply because i have no memory of what needed to get done.
