April is Child Abuse Prevention Month. As HCFC's mission is to protect children from abuse and neglect, on Thursday, April 4th, HCFC staff and volunteers, accompanied by our friends from Spartanburg Professional Baseball Club, planted pinwheels at Morgan Square in Spartanburg.

Thank you, Morningside Baptist Church Bicycle Ministry for donating eight bikes to our Anchor House foster residents! The mission of the Morningside Bicycle Ministry is to serve Jesus Christ by sharing his love in providing refurbished bicycles to children, teens, and adults.

We deeply thank Kappa Delta at Wofford College-Epsilon Sigma for hosting their 15th annual Shamrock N’ Run on Saturday, March 16th to benefit Hope Center for Children. There were 200 registrants for this year’s walk/run, and we’re grateful for such outstanding community support.
