#HopeNote
You are allowed to outgrow people, habits, and patterns. Even if they once felt like home
Growth sometimes feels like grief. But it is still growth.
Happy Thanksgiving, from the HopeWay family to yours!
We’re extremely grateful for our community, clients, team, and everyone who believes in HopeWay’s mission. Thank you all for helping us bring hope and healing to those who need it most.
Burnout is real - especially this time of year.

If you’re feeling stretched thin, remember: it’s okay to pause.
Today on #VeteransDay, we honor the brave individuals who have selflessly served our country, and thank all Veterans for their courage, resilience, and sacrifice.

#HopeNote
Peace begins the moment you stop fighting where you are, and accept that healing takes time.
You don’t have to have it all figured out, just take a breath and let that be enough for today.

ADHD is one of the more common (and misunderstood) mental health conditions teens face. Erin Dos Reis LCSW, Clinical Director of HopeWay’s Teen Mental Health Program, breaks down what ADHD really looks like and what parents can do to help.
Today on #BiVisibilityDay, and every other day of the year, HopeWay is proud to be a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for the LGBTQIA+ community in Charlotte and across the nation.
We're committed to creating a supportive, inclusive space for all.
