As we head towards the weekend of #LonelinessAwarenessWeek many of us will have a bit more time on our hands. Try and make a connection with someone, no matter how small
Loneliness can affect any of us, and is more common than people realise. Small moments of connection, can make a difference. As we mark #LonelinessAwarenessWeek, it’s a reminder to look out for ourselves and each other-because feeling connected is a crucical part of #selfcare.
May is turning out to be the month of challenges as yesterday we launched this walking challenge with our staff & participants
Whether you walk, wheel or get out to sit in fresh air this #NationalWalkingMonth is about spending time outdoors for the sole purpose of being outside
This Mental Health Awareness week @mentalhealth are taking ACTION
Well, at Hope in Action we're all about that! We've set a bingo challenge to tick off 6 mental health actions on this card
We're even bringing in #NationalWalkingMonth!
