This Christmas, please say thank you to your headteacher and senior leaders for everything they have done for schools. You might not agree with their decisions but say thank you. It would mean the world to them!

Just a reminder to always ask how others are doing - check in once in a while.
Just because they are smiling, doesn't mean that everything is OK. A smile can hide so much more than you realise.

Frustrates me when people who have no lived experience of certain issues give out advice as if it’s the only way-

At the end of a long year it can feel like you’ve not done much right…but the messages in these today have cheered me up immensely and are a good reminder of why I do the job I love! Now to relax with my family for a while 💕
Once the storm is over, you won’t remember how you made it through, how you managed to survive. You won’t even be sure, whether the storm is really over.
But one thing is certain. When you come out of the storm, you won’t be the same person who walked in.
