I had a WiFi connection on my father’s name, and wanted to shift to mine. I called and they said shifting isn’t possible, apply for a new connection, we will cancel the existing one.

I got a new TravelOne card. I missed the first statement, and paid 3 days late as Cred hadn’t added the card, which led to the delay.

They have put a 4500rs financial charge. This is not done.

I have requested for a waiver citing my high credit score. (1/n)

They show dreams of big discounts, lure customers into cover charges, then make errors and make us pay more.

@carebydistrict @district_india basically makes us pay higher cover charges, then disables bank coupons, so we have to pay using their app without discounts. Pure cheating.

While checking out, offer didn’t apply and showed error. So had to pay at the lower discount, as they had taken a high cover charge already.

@IndiGo6E Didn’t Credit my bluchip points post my flight. The app gives an error while doing retro claim, and customer support hasn’t responded even post 48 hours.

What’s the point of fooling us into a loyalty program? Honour it.
