Let's put facts as they are :

The *members* of 'The Ministry of Repentance and Holiness' sought the Counsel of The Registrar of Societies on how to dissolve 'King's Outreach Church' having operated the two societies of 'The Ministry of Repentance and Holiness' (an umbrella body) & 'King's Outreach Church' for sometime.
Because of the ambiguities of working with the two societies together and more especially concerning submission of reports to government and tax compliance, (and with good Counsel from our Lawyers), we opted to settle for the bigger Umbrella Body-'The Ministry of Repentance and Holiness' and drop 'The King's Outreach Church' .

It was therefore evident that this decision would render The King's Outreach Church redundant thereby validating it's de-registration.

All this activity was long before there was anything called SHAKAHOLA - as attached.
We were advised by The office of The Registrar of Societies to have an AGM with all the members of the church and bring the resolutions concerning the dissolution of 'King's Outreach Church' back to the Registrar of Societies for expediecy.
This was duely executed in our AGM last year December and resolutions sent back to the Registrar of Societies by The Lawyers of the church.

How then does this relate to Shakahola?

It would be prudent of @NationMediaGrp as a media house charged with dispensing info to the populace to do unbiased journalism to earn public trust in this very competitive industry rather than this open choreography of ill vendetta and public blackmail to a client who on numerous occasion has profited you with millions of shillings to do live coverage of The meetings of The Ministry of Repentance and Holiness.
