@ERICX2020@IntelcomExpress I looked into the package delivered and I realised two items were missing. The shipper is not willing to replace my items and so I'm at a loss. This is my worst experience with any Shipping company.
@ERICX2020@IntelcomExpress This company needs to do better. They kept delaying the delivery of my package. I got new emails for 5 straight days saying my package was on the way for delivery but I never received it. My package was finally delivered and I realised the flaps were not properly sealed.
@hudsonsbay I am very disappointed in your company right now. I ordered many items during Bay days. My package was delivered and two items were missing. I contacted your customer service and all I was told was that the items were package and I need to file a police report.
