It is. But they are lucky where I live all the jobs are the same and for less pay. So I will stay until I find better at least.

Exactly. I didn’t even say less hours. Just less days. I can work 8-10 hours one day and 4 the next. So why am I being used as a filler? Makes no sense. Make them all long days and give me less. Why am I the only one that was working 10 days straight but it’s against the rules?

I asked for less days for a while. Was told no…because they need me to step up until they find a new store manger. Because I can do it all. Like yes, I used to be a manger. I’m not anymore for a reason. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Now I am relegated to training our new people. Who never last and hoping we get a new manger before I’m asked to be a manager again.

The hiring process is always a joke. My store manager quit on us. Then we lost three people after her. One of them a new hire that lasted two days. Now I’m being asked daily if I want to have a hire role because they need manager. Yeah no.
