UPDATE - WATER MAIN BREAK at Chestnut Street

Crews repaired a large water main break late last night on Chestnut Street. Due to the size and nature of the break, there may be discoloration for several days. Hydrants are being flushed to help clear the pipes.

The Water Department is responding to a water main break at Thayer Heights Rd.

Customers in the area should be prepared for disruptions in service. Discoloration may be experienced in the surrounding area.

Discard Ashes Safely
Allow ashes to cool before disposing of them. Place ashes in a tightly covered metal container and keep the ash container at least 10 feet away from the home and any other buildings. Never empty the ashes directly into a trash can. Pour water on the ashes.
