I don't hate socializing. I just love being home. Where it's quiet. Safe. Soft. No small talk. No noise. No pretending to be someone I'm not. Just me. Reading. Thinking. Listening to music. Staring at the wall. Watching old movies. Being bored. And feeling life deeply. Some people call it boring. To me, it's where I finally hear myself again.
Lady Joy is every soul who chooses to keep walking toward the Light.
Faith is taking the next step when the whole path cannot yet be seen.
Walk with meβ¦
Lady Joy is every soul who chooses to keep walking toward the Light.
Faith is taking the next step when the whole path cannot yet be seen.
Walk with meβ¦
LADY JOY is every soul who chooses to keep walking toward the Light.
Faith is taking the next step when the whole path cannot yet be seen.
She walks for us all.
This silence, when we just rest next to each other knowing we are safe in each other's presence, is priceless. If you have anyone who makes you feel this way, treat them like the greatest treasure. π
THE KISS NOBODY TALKS ABOUT
We have forgotten how to kiss.
Not the quick peck before work. Not the automatic thing we do before bed. I mean really kiss. The kind that makes your brain go quiet and your body wake up completely.
We rush through it like it's just the opening act. Like it's something we have to get through before the real thing starts. And in doing that we are skipping past one of the most electric experiences two people can share.
A real kiss is not foreplay. It is not a transaction. It is its own thing entirely.
When someone kisses you slowly and they are completely present in it, not distracted, not rushing, just fully there with you, your whole nervous system responds. Your breath changes. Your body softens. Something in your chest cracks open a little.
That is not nothing. That is everything.
Because a kiss carries information that words never could. The way someone kisses you tells you if they're nervous or confident, tender or hungry, distracted or completely consumed by you. You can feel a lie in a kiss. You can feel real love in one too.
And when both people are truly present in it, not thinking about what comes next, just existing inside that one moment together, it becomes something almost sacred. Your breath mixing with theirs. The warmth of their mouth. The weight of their hands. The sounds that escape without permission.
That is where the real intimacy lives. Not always where we think it does.
So here is what I want you to try. Next time you kiss someone you actually want, slow all the way down. Breathe first. Look at them. Let your lips barely touch before they fully meet. Then stay there longer than feels comfortable. Feel every single thing.
Don't perform it. Don't rush it. Don't treat it like a door you need to walk through.
Be in it like it's the only place you need to be.
Because a kiss like that will stay in someone's body long after it's over. And that is the whole point.
