@lliegemen27825@TheRealZephryss I have no experience or knowledge of BDO as a WoW player (in the MMORPG space) but i do know it has regular updates. I'm simply saying that it seemed to be a total surprise for them that CD had such success and traction. I'm not really familiar with how Pearl Abyss does dev.
@TheRealZephryss I'd say the DLC would be a late Nov/December 2026 release or even spring 2027, while i'm not sure of the size and scope, i think this would take a significant amount of time, especially because the decision to make a DLC was taken/announced very recently, not even a month ago.

@heisveryhappy@HelldiversAlert Well, on PC not really, even if i'm on a pretty high end rig, the image is very much affected overall because of the upscaler implementation (very blurry at 1440p even with DLSS Quality), can't really comment on FSR because i havent tested it yet, but performance is indeed worse

This was announced as damage control for the current situation the studio and the game are in, the collab si probably slated for a fall release, yet they announced it to gather up some positivity go give some leeway for upcoming fixes...
@perrilongo@HelldiversAlert Content wise yeah, but the last updates deviate pretty heavily from what they said it's planned for this roadmap atlest. Last couple of updates were kind of "panic updates" with rushed features last minute and poor implementation (upscaling for ex), they are changing plans fast.

@heisveryhappy@HelldiversAlert It looks like it yeah. The last 2 updates were considered pretty major for them because they made changes to the engine and rendering pipeline, which were not mentioned in the roadmap and those are theoretically very important to the game's health. 1/2
