💰Challenges: Early funding from @UICC and private donations kickstarted our program. However, grants for humanitarian work are almost non-existent in our oncology community. Funding for research and education cannot be used to help refugees in a time of war. We can do better!

In all healthcare, and esp in onc care, I like using the term #PhysicalDistancing rather than #socialdistancing during #COVID19. As we know, our patients will take our advice literally, so we don't want them unnecessarily isolating themselves emotionally! #radonc @arro @astro
