The Hon'ble Delhi High Court vide order dtd 27.07.2020 has directed DoPT to ensure timely commencement of Cadre Review exercise as per amended RR on the basis of representations of cadre officers of CAPFs. The entire exercise to be concluded on or before 30.06.2021. @HMOIndia

Hon'ble Delhi High Court on 27.07.2020 has directed MHA to immediately undertake the exercise for review of existing RR of each CAPF. This is a good development because earlier DoPT advised MHA that RR is not required to be amended for granting NFU to cadre officers.
